Organize your events and maximize efficiency with Servgrow's Map View

The Map View feature is a game-changer for home services businesses. It allows you to see your daily events, sorted into scheduled, anytime, and unscheduled categories. This real-time visual organization saves your team time by providing a clear picture of where to go next, optimizing routes, and ensuring no task is overlooked. You’ll easily manage your day, streamline dispatching, and improve customer satisfaction—all while saving on fuel and time.

To get to Map View:

  • Go to Schedule in the top navigation

  • Click the 'Map View' icon.

The 'Map View' shows the days activities and has several amazing parts to it. We'll cover those below.

1. Scheduled Events:

Events for the day will show up on the left side of the map and on the map itself as a pin.

You can view the status of the event by the icon on the pin.

  • Hovering over the event will bring up quick details.

  • Clicking on the event will bring up the event panel that will allow you to make quick changes on the fly. From here, you can quickly change the team or reschedule the event. Or, if you need to make bigger changes, you can go to the full job details.

2. Unscheduled Events

A great feature of the Map View is the ability to see your 'Unscheduled' events on the map, allowing you to schedule them at a time and location that's most efficient for your team.

To have your 'Unscheduled' events show up on the map, click the unscheduled icon shown below.

Unscheduled events will show up with a 'calendar' icon only- without the check mark.

  • Clicking on the 'Unscheduled' event will bring up the event panel that will allow you to make quick changes on the fly. From here, you can quickly schedule and add/change the team. Or, if you need to make bigger changes, you can go to the full event details.

3. Customers

To see a map view of all of your customers, simply click the 'Customers' tag in the upper right of the map.

Only customers that you have completed a job will show on the map.
