How to Set up Servgrow Payments

How to start accepting online payments. Fast, simple and convenient ways to accept payments from customers with no hidden fees.

Over 70% of customers like to pay with Credit Cards so connecting your bank account is a huge step.

Our platform, Servgrow Payments, is an all-inclusive solution for payment processing. It equips you with the capability to process credit card payments on-the-spot via our dedicated app or card reader. It also provides your customers with convenient online payment options, including storing their card details for future transactions. Activating Servgrow Payments grants you the benefit of automatic payments.

Servgrow Payments offers:

  • Convenient payment options for your customers to make online payments through customer portal

  • The ability for both you and your customer to securely save credit cards on file. You can charge these as needed or set them up to bill automatically on a recurring basis

  • Deposits can be paid internally by the customer's saved card or by the customer making a payment online

  • Refund processing directly within Servgrow

  • A card reader to collect payments in person that is compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Dedicated support during the event of a disputed payment

  • A tipping option for your customers (Coming Soon!)

Set up

To set up Servgrow Payments go to the Gear Icon > Settings > My Money.

There are two steps to setting up Servgrow Payments:

Note: Only account owners can fill out the business details and bank account.

Request to Connect

Your first step to accepting online payment is requesting to connect. This is a security measure to protect our customers. Please describe your business, services and estimated monthly processing amounts that you're expecting to process using Servgrow Payments.

After you request to connect, our team will review the information and either approve or decline your request.

Note: More information may be required prior to approving your account. If more information is required, you'll receive an email with more details.

Once your account is approved, you'll need to connect the bank where you would like to receive the funds.

Connect Bank Account

Click 'Connect my Bank'.


4. You have two methods in connecting your bank account inside Servgrow:


Method #1: Using Plaid to Connect Your Bank Account

Method #2: Manually Connecting Your Bank Account

#1 - Using Plaid to Connect Your Bank Account

Click 'Continue' (We are extremely secure).


Select a bank from the list. You can also search for your bank using the Search box.

If you cannot find your bank and you want to manually connect it instead, please click this link.


Click 'Continue' and Authenticate your bank account.


Enter your banking details, select an account, and click 'Submit'.

You'll see the required fields depending on your banks requirements.

After you enter in the correct details. You'll see 'Success'.

Click 'Continue'.

If you cannot find your bank account from our list and want to connect your bank account manually, close this popup window.


6. Then complete the required bank account details.

Click 'Connect'. Then you should see 'Success'.

Next, you'll need to verify your business details and identity.

Verify Business Details

In order to keep you and your account safe and prevent fraud, you’ll need to verify the identity of the person affiliated with the company’s bank account.

After successfully connecting your bank account, you'll next see that your account needs to submit a few requirements. To start this process, click 'here'.

Servgrow Payments partners with Stripe for maximum security.

Select the appropriate business type and structure, then click continue.

After 'Continue', you'll need to provide additional information about you and your company.

Business Information

  • Legal Business Name

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)

  • Doing business as (Optional)

  • Registered Business Address

  • Business Phone

  • Industry

Personal Information for whom is representing the business

  • Legal Name

  • Email Address

  • Job Title

  • Date of Birth

  • Home Address

  • Phone Number

  • Social Security Number (Stripe may need the full SSN)

  • Ownership %

Click 'Continue' and Review.

After reviewing that all the information is correct, click 'Agree and Submit'

You should be taken back to 'My Money' with a 'Pending' status.

If you see 'pending', just check back in a few minutes and refresh the page to see if your account has moved out of pending status.

Ok, now it's time to get paid faster and more often by accepting online payments.
