Your Main Dashboard is perhaps one of the most important pages of ServGrow. This page gives you an overview of your business's performance, your job success rate with your customers, scheduled jobs, and most importantly, the revenue that you are getting from all the jobs that you've generated. Understanding each data displayed is vital for guaranteed success between you and your customers.

Not only does it help you quickly view things out, but your ServGrow Dashboard is also purposely set up as your "home page." Your dashboard shows you all the things you need to set up first to enjoy the system's full potential. We have a customized list of steps that you need to go through to ensure that every required setting is set up.

Here are the different panels that you will see on your Main Dashboard. You can click on a link to jump to the section you are most interested in.

You will notice this section when you log in to the system for the first time. We have added all the settings you need to configure to enjoy the full potential of ServGrow.

Once you complete each part, it will be automatically removed from this section.

The Revenue panel displays two parts: Revenue (left side) and Uncollected (right side) over the past twelve months. The Revenue part shows you the payments you already collected from your customers, while the Uncollected Payments are from the scheduled open jobs or other jobs that you haven't collected the fees yet.

The Revenue panel displays a bar graph of your business's revenue history over twelve months.

You can hover your mouse on a bar to quickly view the amount of invoiced and paid jobs from your clients.

The Jobs panel will display all your scheduled jobs created for all of your customers. If you want to view all the jobs you created, click 'See all', redirecting you to the Jobs page.

On this next panel, you can see all your scheduled Open Estimates.

What are Open Estimates? These estimates are draft computations of a job that you can send to a customer. Open estimates are sent to your customer for approval, and once they approve your estimate, you already have the option to add it as a new job.

Jobs by the source is a cool feature in ServGrow that gives you a quick insight into where your most paying customers came from. This pie graph will easily help you identify the total jobs from different online lead sources such as Angi, Facebook, Google, or even if it came from a referral.

Jobs by Source will give you an edge over your competitors because you can already identify which lead source you are strong and weak at.

It will help if you look out for this panel because you want consistent growing results.

Through this panel, you are given a ratio of your estimates that are converted to jobs. It also displays your actual customer conversion that paid for the job.
