The arrival window is a great way to give your team a little more flexibility as to when they will arrive on the job. The arrival window (time fame) will also be communicated to the customer so they have an idea of what time frame to expect you or your team.
The arrival window will begin at the start time of the job that is set in the schedule details. So if you set the job start time for 10:00 am and you add an arrival window for 1hr, the arrival window will be from 10:00am to 11:am.
Setting the Arrival Window: Step by Step Guide
Setting the arrival window takes place when creating a job.
1. When you're setting the schedule time for the job, you'll have an option at the bottom of the schedule details.
2. Now, just choose the buffer you want to give from the list.
3. You have the option to set this arrival window as a default for all jobs.
Note: Setting the 'default' option will set this arrival time window for all jobs.
