If you are looking to manage the schedules of your jobs and estimates, you came to the correct place.

Once you have created jobs and estimates with ServGrow, they will all appear here. Aside from managing your different schedules, you can also assign the team that will handle the job or even change them if you need to.

We designed your Schedule Dashboard to look like a traditional calendar to give you an overview of all your scheduled jobs and estimates. You can also easily identify a Job, Estimate, and a job scheduled as "Anytime" through a color-coded tile. But that's not all! We made it even easier for you by allowing you to change the view to Week, Day, and a direct view of your schedule for the day.

We have divided this article into different topics, and you can jump to a topic that you wish to learn more about.

Unscheduled Jobs

If you have jobs that are not yet scheduled, you will see them here. Now, if you are ready to scheduled them, click on the tile that you want to update and complete its Update Details.

Calendar View

You have the option to change the view of your calendar into Month (default), Week, Day, and Schedule.

The Week and Day calendar view will both have the time details to give you more information on the date and time of the schedule.

If you want to view all scheduled jobs and estimates for the day, choose 'Schedule' as your calendar view

Employees Filter

This filter helps you quickly sort the jobs and estimates where a team is assigned to. You can filter out individual employees or even combine multiple teams at once to generate a specific filter that you are looking for.

Viewing Tile Details

Each Job and Estimate you create are represented in the form of a tile. Each tile also is labelled with its corresponding title and time. Aside from these details, we also color-coded them so you can easily identify which tile is a Job or an Estimate.

Here are the different colors that are used:

  • Green - These tiles are all the jobs that you have created.

  • Blue - A blue tile means it's an estimate.

  • Orange - If you see an orange tile, this job is scheduled as "Anytime".

To view the full details of a job or estimate, click the tile of your choice and select 'Show job details'.

Using the same step, choose 'Select team' if you want to remove or add a team for this job.

Creating and Managing Schedules

Quickly schedule a Job or Estimate by clicking an available slot on the calendar. Once you successfully create jobs and estimates, they will show on this calendar as a tile. If you need to reschedule, move these tiles towards a new schedule slot.

To schedule a new job or estimate, click on your desired schedule and decide if you want to create as new job or estimate.

You can always reschedule a job or estimate by clicking on a tile to see its full details. But the quick way to reschedule them is by dragging the tile towards a free day slot, then clicking the 'Update' button to confirm the change.
