Providing discounts for your customers serves as a promotional strategy for your business. Use discounts for your loyal customer who keeps on making good business relationships with you.

These discounts can be applied to all the jobs and estimates you will be creating inside ServGrow.

Ready to create discounts? Follow these steps:

1. You can access this section by clicking the cogwheel icon on the top navigation bar.

2. From the Account Settings page, click 'Discounts'.

3. Click 'Add New'.

3. Add the details needed for the discount.

a. Name - The name of the discount.

b. Value - The amount of the discount that you want to deduct.

c. Type - Choose if the discount is a fixed amount or a percentage.

4. Click 'Save' to add your new discount.
