The Jobs Dashboard houses the jobs you created for all of your customers. Each job is listed on a data grid that displays the basic information of the job. Once you dig deeper into each item, you will be redirected to the actual job, where you can see the full details. Find every control you need here, such as rescheduling the appointment, adding another service line set, sending an "OTW" text to your customer, and finally, marking the job as paid.

So let us tour your Jobs Dashboard!

1. First, navigate to the 'Jobs' tab from the top navigation bar.

2. Here's a preview of your Jobs Dashboard, populated with different jobs.

3. Use the Search box to filter a job that you want to check.

You can type a keyword in this box, and the results work in real-time!

4. Select the tag that you want to filter.

If you have added tags on one of the jobs you created, they will appear on this list. Adding tags in all of your jobs helps you organize each of them. Depending on the type of job, you can add "residential," "HVAC," and "Plumbing" as your tags.

5. Filter out the type of jobs that you want to see from the list.

You have three options here:

  • All - The default type that displays all the created jobs.
    โ€‹

  • Job - This type will display all the jobs created with no recurring visits or job recurrence included.
    โ€‹

  • Visit - Once you pick this type, it will display all the scheduled jobs for a visit. These are the jobs that have a recurring job with them.

6. Now, if you want to create a new job, click the 'Add Job' button and complete the new job creation process.
