Service Plans Dashboard Overview

An overview of the different sections and controls found inside your Service Plans Dashboard.

The Service Plans Dashboard houses everything you need to successfully monitor all customers that enrolled in your Service Plans and the ability to manage them quickly and efficiently. Everything is right here, from the quick stats of your recurring revenue to all the plans that are due for service.

To further understand the Service Plans Dashboard, we will give you a walkthrough of all the sections found on this dashboard.

Let's go!

1. From the main dashboard, click the 'Service Plan' tab.

2. Once you are on the Service Plan Dashboard, you are going to see these different sections and controls:

Plan Summary

The Plan Summary section displays the total number of plans you have created. You will also see an overview of your All-Time Revenue and how many plans are currently active.

You can hover your mouse over this circle graph see how many plans are active.

See All Customer Plans

Click the 'See All' link to jump over the list of your Customer Plans.

You can already see an overview of your customer plans from this page. You can also resend the service plan from here or directly create a new service plan.

Recurring Revenue Stats

This graph displays the Recurring Revenue from all of your Service Plans. This graph is color-coded for you to identify the different recurring revenue types.

You can hover over your mouse on the dot to view the amount of each revenue type.

Plans We Offer

Find every plan you've created in this section. You can click the pencil icon to update the plan if needed.

See All Created Plans

If you want to view all the service plans you created, click the 'See All' link.

Add New Plan

Creating a new plan is straightforward. Simply click the '+Add Plan' link and follow the steps from this article.

Due of Service

Quickly view the plans that are scheduled for a customer. From this data grid, you can already see the overview of the scheduled plan.

If you need to change the assigned schedule, just click 'Schedule'.

Payments

Easily track the plans that are due from the Payments tab. From here, you'll have a quick overview of the plan details and have the option to manually process the payment (manual payment) and update the plan as paid.

Here's a quick tip. Use the Search box, Show Filter, and Status Filter to easily find and sort the payments that you want to see.
