If your customer wishes to receive their service plan again, you have the option to do that. Once sent, your customer can access the service plan through a link attached to your message.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Click the 'Service Plans' tab from the main dashboard.
2. Click 'See All'.
3. Click the 'Resend' icon.
4. Choose your preferred notification type.
Note: Be sure to check if the customer's phone number and email address are correct. If you need to update their contact details, go to your customer records.
5. You can leave this default message or compose your own if you need to.
6. Once you are done updating your message details, click 'Resend'.
