Service Plans act like customized subscription plans for your customers. Here we are going to create a monthly Carpet Cleaning subscription.
You can easily switch out job forms for your service plans.
How Do I Add a Customer to a Service Plan?
By going to our customer's profile and selecting "Service Plans", we can have the option to edit existing services or create new ones. Here I'm going to add the monthly service plan I created.
What if my customer needs to reschedule?
Go to your customer's profile and select "Service Plans" to easily update your customer's existing service plans. Select "Update Schedule" to make any specific date/time changes. Here I want to update the date and make sure I send an appointment reminder.
Alternatively, you can always reschedule jobs on your Schedule. From your Schedule, let's select the job you would like to update.
In your calendar view, you can also reschedule your job easily. Click and drag your job to the desired appointment slot.
