There will be two options when connecting Servgrow Payments 2.0.
Stripe accounts created in Servgrow prior to 10/6/25 will be deactivated.
Stripe accounts created in Servgrow prior to 10/6/25 can not be used as an existing Stripe account.
If you already have an existing Stripe account to connect, go here.
Let's get started...
1. Creating a New Stripe Account.
If you do not have an existing Stripe account to connect, you'll need to create a new one.
Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > My Money
Click ‘Create new Stripe account’ and wait a few seconds, you’ll be redirected to Stripe onboarding.
Enter the email that you want to sign up with in Stripe and click ‘Submit’
Then create your password and click ‘Submit’ or sign up with your Google account
Set up two-step authentication and click ‘Next’
After you verify your login you’ll proceed to enter the information required by Stripe to verify your business and enable your Stripe account to receive online payments.
You will need to full connect a bank account and authenticate the bank account to start accepting payments.
You will need to verify your identity with Stripe to start accepting online payments.
After you provide all the details, review them and click ‘Agree and submit’
Wait a few seconds and you’ll be automatically redirected to Servgrow. In Servgrow it will take up to 5-10 seconds to sync your Stripe account.
Approval can take up to 4 business days.
After it’s all synced, you’ll see on My money page the following info:
Your connected bank account and your account status in Stripe
Transactions History
Payouts
Disputes
Ability to navigate to your Stripe Dashboard
You’ll be able to receive payments only when the status is ‘Enabled’. If your account is in review by Stripe, it will be displayed as ‘Pending’ but it will change to ‘Enabled’ automatically when reviewed and approved by Stripe
In Servgrow you’ll be able to view the list of all your previous Transactions History. In Stripe you’ll be able to see only the transactions, payouts and disputes that were processed after connecting to Servgrow Payments 2.0.

Servgrow customers with transactions prior to Payments 2.0 will see their previous data synced. Syncing previous data can take up to 24hrs to see.
That's it! You're now ready to accept online payments, add customer cards to file and set up recurring service plans and so much more!
2. Connecting an Existing Stripe Account
Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > My Money
Click ‘Connect Existing’ and wait a few seconds, you’ll be redirected to Stripe onboarding.
When connecting an existing Stripe account, make sure Stripe hasn't requested additional information from you within that account. Stripe releases new features occasionally and these features might require additional information from you.
If you are not logged in to Stripe in your browser, you should log in with email that you signed up with in Stripe
Stripe might ask you to enter the verification code
When you log in (or if you are already logged in), select your account (if you have several, you can choose only one to proceed with) and click ‘Connect.’
Wait a few seconds and you’ll be automatically redirected to Servgrow. In Servgrow it will take up to 1-2 hours to sync your Stripe account.
During syncing, some might experience the page refreshing and bringing them back to main 'Connect to Stripe to get paid' page. This is normal.
After it’s all synced, you’ll see on My money page the following info:
Your connected bank account and your account status in Stripe
Transactions History
Payouts
Disputes
