How to Import or Export a Customer List

Do you need to import hundreds of customers to ServGrow? Learn how to import or export a CSV file in this article.

Adding a customer inside Servgrow is simple, but what if you need to add more of them? If you got hundreds of customers, should you add them one at a time? Don't worry. We got you covered! You can quickly import your contact list to Servgrow and, at the same time, export them as well as a CSV file and import them to other platforms.

How to Import a Customer List

1. From the top navigation bar, click 'Customers'.

2. Click the 'Import/Export' drop-down.

3. Select 'Import' form the list.

4. Click the 'Download' link.

At this point, you will be downloading a CSV file titled "customer_template". Please open this file using Microsoft Excel, Google, or Numbers (Apple).


5. Be sure to follow the format when adding another contact line, and keep in mind that you can only add up to 10,000 customers.

Once you are done completing your list of contacts, save the CSV file.

6. Next, click 'Browse' and locate the CSV file that you just updated.

7. Click 'Confirm'.

8. You will now see all the imported contacts stored in your CSV file.

How to Export a Customer List

1. From the Customers Page, click the 'Import/Export' drop-down.

3. Select 'Export' form the list.

4. You will now get a CSV file name titled "customers.csv."
