Service Plans are a crucial feature for home service companies, offering a reliable source of recurring revenue and enhancing customer loyalty. With Servgrow's Service Plans, you can provide custom visits and flexible billing dates, ensuring your clients receive tailored maintenance and priority service that fits their needs.

In addition, Servgrow's automated recurring payments simplifies the billing process for both parties, reduces late payments, and ensures a steady cash flow. This proactive approach fosters long-term relationships with your customers. By automating reminders, scheduling, and renewals, Service Plans streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens, allowing your team to focus on delivering exceptional service.

This tutorial will walk you through creating a service plan.

All of your service plans are located all in one place. Click to go to your Service Plan page.

Step By Step Instruction

1. From the top navigation bar, click 'Service Plans'.

2. To create a new service plan, click '+Add Plan'.

3. Complete the applicable Service Plan Details for your new service plan.

a. Name: Something relevant to what the plan is.

*Example: Weekly Gold Plan (52 visits a year)

b. Description: Make sure to include all details about what the plan includes. Make sure to include any terms and conditions that you would like in the service plan.

When assigning this service plan, you will have the option to have the customer sign off on it.

c. Form Name : Select any forms to add it to the service plan. Forms are a great way to standardize work flow and to ensure tasks are consistent from job to job. Learn how to create a form here.

d. Visits Per Year: Include how many visits (jobs) a year the plan includes. (12 = once a month / 52 = once a week / 4 = once every 3 months / etc.) Visits are very fluid and can be customized to fit your customers schedule. Visits will be show as anytime visits on the day that they come up which gives you complete flexibility when scheduling them. You can also view future visits on the calendar and service plan page.

You can edit a visit or all visits at anytime. This makes for a great way to work with your customers schedule.

e. Plan Duration: Select how long the plan will run for.

f. Customers Can Pay (Payment options): This is where you select the price of the plan and how often your customers will pay their recurring invoice. You can select and fill in more than one option to give your customers.

When your customers view the service plan, they will have the option to select and pay for the service plan according to the payment frequency options you have set up here. You will also have the option to select this for them.

Setting up automatic or manual payments will happen when you assign this plan to a customer.

4. Review your new Recurring Service Plan and click 'Create Plan' to save it.

That's it. You can now start adding customers to that service plan🚀!
