Are you ready? Let's go!

Before setting up your Online Booking, please ensure you've already added your services. If you don't have it yet, this article will show you how this is done.

1. From the Main Dashboard, click the cogwheel icon.

2. From your Account Settings, click 'Online Booking'.

General Info

The General Information section consists of the basic information about your form. It consists of the form's Name and URL, Time Ranges, and Services that you want to add to your form.

1. Type in your desired Online Booking form name.

2. Update the URL. Add a URL link that's easy for your customers to remember. You can include your company's name or any name desired.

3. Enable the Custom Time Ranges if you want to include custom time ranges for your online booking form. Once this option is active, your customers can pick a particular booking time slot.

If you don't want to include a time slot, your customers will have these options for their schedules.

4. You have an option to include services in your form. You can click the 'Available' checkbox.

Then click the '+Add Service' link.

Choose the service you want to include from your Service List, and click the 'Add' button.

5. The Non-editable section displays the information you'll need from your customer. You can't edit this part and can already proceed to the other section of your Online Booking form.

Questions

The questions section lets you add customized questions to your Online Booking form. These questions will be asked once customers complete their General Information.

This section is fully customizable because you can select the question field you want to use (text, radio button, or checkboxes). Aside from these different types, you can set a question of whether it's a mandatory field or not.

1. Click the 'pencil' icon to start setting up your questions.

2. Type the question that you want to ask from your customers.

3. Depending on your question, you can choose which field type you want to use.

For this example, we will pick a radio button field type.

4. Add the different options that your customer can choose.

If you need to add more options, click '+Add Option'.

We only need two options for this example, so we will remove Option 3 by clicking the 'delete' icon.

You also have the option to arrange each choice by dragging the option on your preferred arrangement.

To set your question as mandatory, click the 'Required' checkbox.

5. To add more questions, click '+Add Question' and repeat step 1.

Notifications

Set up the person whom you want to receive the notifications. You can add the email address or the Phone number that will receive the alerts once the customer fills out your booking form.

1. You can change the email address here if needed. By default, your account's email address on the system will receive the notifications.

You can also add another email address to receive the alert in this field.

2. Type in the new phone number that will receive the notifications if you don't want to use the default phone number.

Add the secondary phone number as well (optional).

3. You can click the 'Preview' button if you want to see the actual Booking Form and once you are satisfied with how it looks and functions, click 'Submit'.

4. Once you have completed all the details of your Online Booking form correctly, you can click the 'Copy link' and send the link to your customers.

Note: If you need to edit your form, you can return to your Online Booking from the Account Settings section.
