Your Customers Dashboard holds every contact you have inside ServGrow. One of the important tasks you should do is make sure that every contact listed here is updated. You can easily update a customer's information from this dashboard and even directly create a job or estimate. All your customer has its record that you can access and, at the same time, monitor every transaction you had with them.
Navigate to 'Customers' from the top navigation bar to access this dashboard.
Here are the different sections found on your Customer Dashboard:
a. Search Box - Type the customer's name in the Search Box to find customers quickly.
b. Tags - This will filter out the contacts who have a tag with them. Tags are a great way to sort customers if you have hundreds or even thousands of records. Use tags to group customers' locations such as "Phoenix" or "Austin." You can also group customers based on their acquired services, for example, "Plumbing," "HVAC," etc.
c. Add Customer - Click this button to add a customer manually.
d. Import/Export - Use this feature to add batches of your customer or if you want to download their information to a CSV file.
