An overview of the Individual Job Dashboard that will help you understand the different sections and tools to manage a job.

Managing all your jobs at the same time can be overwhelming. But with the right tools available, managing a job is as easy as 1-2-3. This article will guide you on the different parts of your Individual Jobs dashboard and help you understand how they are used.

Let's start!

1. Navigate to 'Jobs' tab.

2. Choose a job from the list.

Too many jobs listed? Use the Search box or Tags drop-down to sort jobs quickly.

Once you go inside the job details, there are various sections that you can view and use:

Job Description and Customer Information

The first section that you will see is the job description and the customer's basic information: their property address and email address.

Job Status Update

This section gives you all the controls you need to update the status of a job. It's a very intuitive process: Schedule the appointment, Finish the job, and Get Paid.

Job Options

Do you need to add job forms or segments for a job? Or maybe you need to cancel or delete a certain job. Well, the Job Options does these things for you.

Here are the different options that you can use:

  • Add Job Form - Assigning a Job Form will mandatory set a working procedure for your Field Techs. You can learn more about Job Forms in this article.

    Note: Only your Company Admins and Office Staff can assign a Job Form to a job.

  • Add Segment - If you need to divide the job into multiple parts, use the 'Add Segment' option. You can add multiple segments and adjust their corresponding details.

  • Cancel - Use this option to cancel a job and make it available under your Job List database.

  • Delete - This option will remove the job from your Job List. Keep in mind that you can't undo this action.

Invoice Details and Services

This section displays the invoice number connected with the job you've accessed. You can already review the Services included in this job. You also can add more service items if needed.

You will also notice a few controls in this section:

a. Download Invoice - Click this link to download a PDF copy of this invoice.


b. Send Invoice - This link will send the full details of the invoice to your customer.

You also can write a custom invoice message and a payment notification message that you can send on their email or mobile phone.

c. Add Service - Access your created Service List that you can add to this existing job through this link.

d. Change Assigned Team Member - Click the pencil icon to change the current assigned team for this job.

Materials

Similar to the Services section, this part lets you add additional material items to a job. Just below this section, you can also add an applicable discount.

Job Recurrence

Click the pencil icon to set up the schedule and frequency for this job.

Verify the date and time that you want to recur for this job then select the applicable recurrence option.

Be sure to click the 'Update Job' button

Job Form

This section gets populated if a Job Form is included in a job. You can change the assigned job form (Company Admins and Office Staff only) and access the actual job form from here.

To change the Job Form assigned to this job, click the pencil icon.

Click the name of the form to access the actual job form.

Tags, Private Notes, and Attachments

This next section lets you add a tag, write your *notes for this job, and attach documents related to this job.

*You can only view this note.

Payment Summary

This section displays the charged services and materials in this job. You can view all the payment computation breakdowns from here.
