Estimates Dashboard (Individual)

An overview of the Individual Estimate Dashboard that will help you understand the different sections and tools to manage an estimate.

We have designed your Estimates Dashboard to give you all the information that you need about your estimates. All the tools and details that you need can be found here. Think of it as your one-stop-shop for all your estimates inside ServGrow.

To better understand each tool and section from this part, we are going to tour you and give you an overview of how things work from here.

Let's go!

Navigate to the Estimates tab and choose an estimate from the list.

Once you go inside the estimate details, there are various sections that you can view and use:

Estimate Description and Customer Information

The first section that you will see is the estimate description and the customer's basic information: their property address and email address.

Estimate Status Update

This section gives you all the controls you need to update the status of an estimate. It's a very intuitive process: Schedule the appointment, Get the customer's approval, and convert the estimate to a job.

Estimate Options

Do you need to create different estimate options for your customer? Or maybe you need to cancel or delete a certain estimate? To accomplish these tasks, you can use these options:

  • Add Option - If you need to present multiple estimate options for your customer, click this option.

  • Cancel - Use this option to cancel an estimate and make it available under your Estimate List database.

  • Delete - This option will remove the estimate from your estimate list.

Estimate Details and Services

This section displays the estimate number, and you can already review the Services included in this estimate. You also can add more service items if needed.

You will also notice a few controls in this section:

a. Download Estimate - Click this link to download a PDF copy of this estimate.


b. Send Estimate - This link will send the full details of the estimate to your customer.

You also can write a custom estimate approval message notification that you can send on their email or mobile phone.

c. Add Service - Access your created Service List that you can add to this existing estimate through this link.

d. Change Assigned Team Member - Click the pencil icon to change the current assigned team for this estimate.

Materials

Similar to the Services section, this part lets you add additional material items to an estimate. Just below this section, you can also add an applicable discount.

Tags, Private Notes, and Attachments

This next section lets you add a tag, write your *notes for this estimate, and attach documents related to this estimate.

Payment Summary

This section displays the total cost of the estimate, which you can present to your customer for their approval.
