This section gives you all the controls you need to update the status of a job. It's a very intuitive process: Schedule the appointment, Finish the job, and Get Paid.

First, you must access the specific job that you want to update. Here are the steps:

1. Navigate to 'Jobs' tab.

2. Choose a job from the list.

Too many jobs listed? Use the Search box or Tags drop-down to sort jobs quickly.

You can set the job's schedule and then at the later part, mark the job as completed and paid. To help you understand better, here are the different icons that you'll see here:

Scheduling

Click this icon to set or edit the schedule of a job. You will be redirected to the Schedule Dashboard once you click this icon.

OMW (On My Way)

Click this icon to notify your customer that you are on your way to the job. Set the date and time and check the notify customer checkbox if you want to send an SMS once this schedule is triggered.

Please note that the travel duration tracking will already start once this action is activated.

Starting Job

Let your customers know that the job has started. You can set the date and time from here and upload an image of the job's status.

Keep in mind that the tracking for the travel duration will be stopped once a job is started.

Finishing Job

Once the job is completed, go ahead and click the Finish icon. This action will let you set the schedule for when the job is completed and will stop the tracking duration of a job. It will mark the job end time as well.

Don't forget to tick the Notify customer checkbox if you want to send an SMS to them that the job is completed.

Once the job is completed, the system will require your customer to sign.

Sending Invoice

Once the job is completed and the customer approves the completion, it's time to click the invoice icon to send the invoice to the customer.

The job invoice page provides all the information about the completed job. The services that the customer must pay for are already added to the Payment Summary section. You also can write a custom invoice message and a payment notification message that you can send on their email or mobile phone.

Payment

Click this icon once the customer pays for the job.

You will have the option to select the payment method from here (if the payment method is manual) and send the receipt to the customer via email. You can also add a note about the payment and notify the customer if needed.
