How to Invoice Completed Jobs?

This article will guide you on how to invoice a customer once a job is completed.

Do you have a job completed already and is ready for an invoice? Sending invoices to your customer can never be easy with ServGrow. With just a few clicks, everything is done for you. You also can send a custom message to your customer via text and email to add a more personal approach.

Ready to invoice your completed jobs? Here's how you can do it:

1. From your Jobs Dashboard, choose the job that you want to invoice.

2. Click the 'Invoice' icon.

3. If you have created multiple segments for this job, you can have that invoiced too by clicking the '+Add Job Segments to Invoice'.

4. Select the segment(s) you want to include in the invoice and click 'Add to Invoice'.

5. Review the invoice details.

6. Next, update the payment notification message.

We already have a default message template for your, but you can change this message if needed.

7. Choose the option on how you want to send the payment notification via text, email, or both.

Note: Make sure that the Phone Number and Email address are correct.

8. Click 'Send'.

9. Once the invoice is sent to the customer, you'll be have this updated Invoice icon.
