Adding Forms to a Job, Visit, or Estimate

Give your crew a checklist, photos and a customer sign-off on every job. Quick steps, with the full guide in Custom Forms.

Written by Tiffany Hayden

Attaching a form to a job, visit or estimate gives your crew a checklist to follow on site, photos to prove the work, and a customer signature at the end, all saved with the job. Fewer missed steps, fewer callbacks, and proof if a customer ever asks.

This is now covered in full, with screenshots, in Custom Forms: Checklists, Photos and Sign-Offs on Every Job, including how to build forms, attach them automatically, fill them in and send them to the customer.

The short version

  1. Open the job, visit or estimate.

  2. Click Add Form in its forms section (or Options, then Add Form) and pick the form.

  3. Click the form to fill it in, then Done. Each form shows how many items are complete, such as 3/8.

  4. Use the ... menu on a form to Download it, Send it by email or Remove it.

Want a form on every job without anyone remembering? In the form's settings, turn on Adding Form for new jobs, estimates or both.
